Berlin City

You are here:

Much has already been said and written about this diverse, dynamic, and fascinating city, but for students in the molecular medicine program specifically, Berlin provides an incredible wealth of research institutes, biotech companies, and medically related industries. No other city in Europe offers such a rich assortment of science driven endeavors. What does this mean for MolMed students? For one thing, the scientists and staff that guide the program have all, directly or indirectly, been attracted to Berlin because of its potential for rich collaboration, for sharing ideas across disciplines, and the chance to initiate projects that other cities are too conservative to risk. This in turn lends a particular quality of engagement that propels both professors and students alike to work hard, strive for the best, and achieve the maximum. Like the master's program itself, Berlin is a demanding but highly rewarding city, like no other in the world.
